Large furniture orders are currently only available for pickup in Austin, Texas. Detailed pickup instructions will be shared following purchase.

Local delivery is available for a fee.

If buyers wish for W.F. House to deliver any furniture or larger items, buyers are responsible for arranging packing and delivery through a third-party shipper of their choice. To coordinate pickup with your selected carrier, please contact us at hello@shopwfhouse.com.

Items must be picked up within 7 days of purchase unless otherwise arranged. Orders not collected within this timeframe may be considered forfeited and returned to inventory.

Buyers are responsible for all transportation and handling. W.F. House is not liable for any damage incurred during or after pickup, including during transit.

W.F. House associates are unable to assist with lifting or loading. Please arrive prepared to safely transport your item.

All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
