Antique French Barley Twist Nursery Chair in Kravet Velvet

Antique — A charming mid-19th-century French nursery chair defined by its petite proportions and beautifully turned barley twist frame. The sculptural woodwork gives the piece a distinctive rhythm and character, while its low profile makes it an unexpected accent in both traditional and contemporary interiors.

Recently reupholstered in luxurious Kravet velvet, the chair pairs its antique French form with a rich, tactile finish. Its compact scale makes it particularly suited for a bedroom, dressing room, reading corner, or layered into a collected interior as a sculptural occasional chair.

Professionally reupholstered while preserving the character and patina of the original wood frame.
