Vintage Mahogany Gateleg Drop-Leaf Table
$695.00
Vintage — A beautifully proportioned vintage mahogany gateleg table, newly refurbished and refinished in a rich black finish. The traditional drop-leaf design features an oval top supported by intricately turned legs and gate-style supports, creating a sculptural silhouette from every angle.
Designed with versatility in mind, both leaves can be raised to create a generous dining or display surface, lowered individually, or folded completely for a considerably smaller footprint. Its adaptable form makes it particularly well suited to apartments and smaller dining spaces, while also working beautifully as a console, entry table, or occasional table.
The newly applied black finish gives the traditional mahogany construction a fresh, graphic quality while preserving the character of its turned legs and historic form.
Dimensions: 44" L x 34.5" W x 28" H
Period: Early to Mid-20th Century
Origin: Likely United States
Material: Mahogany, painted finish
Condition: Excellent restored vintage condition. The table has been refurbished and newly refinished in black. Minor variations and imperfections associated with the original vintage construction may remain and contribute to the character of the piece.
